JSAC has mobilised and delivered its first round of emergency relief assistance to support communities affected in the Northern Province. Essential non-food items were handed over to the District Secretariats of Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu, and Mannar, as well as the Mullaitivu Safe House.

By channeling the items through the District Secretariats, JSAC ensures that local authorities can prioritise urgent needs and distribute the supplies to the most affected families in a timely and equitable manner.

The relief items provided included bed sheets, Towels, Floor mats, Mosquito nets, Lifebuoy soap. Biscuits, Sanitary napkins and Dettol.

This marks the beginning of JSAC’s ongoing relief efforts, and we remain committed to supporting affected communities during this challenging time.
